AIRFLOW YOGA

Airflow Yoga includes the benefits of asana practice with the advantage of incorporating a silk hammock prop. In this class students will explore a practice of both elevation and grounding to increase flexibility, strength and improve structural alignment. They will enjoy the ease of inversions in a fun and playful way yet calms the mind with breath and mindful movement. All fitness levels as beginner's options are offered in classes.

POP PILATES

POP Pilates is an incredible fusion of ab-chiselling and total body defining moves choreographed to your favourite top 40 hits. This intense, mat-based workout will challenge you to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a strong core while leaving no muscle untouched.

BOOTYBARRE PLUS

Bootybarre Plus is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre Plus is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.

BARRE BODY

Barre Body classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements." The class incorporates light handheld weights, pilates ball and resistant bands as well as mats for targeted core work.

BROGA YOGA

Broga is a yoga class geared for men (where it’s okay if you can’t touch your toes).

 

Strong, energetic,and challenging, Broga combines the best core-strengthening, muscle-toning, cardio-working, stress-reducing, clarity-enhancing yoga postures with functional fitness exercises for an amazing workout.

 

You’ll get that pumped-up feeling you get from working out and a deep flexibility and relaxation feeling from “working in.”

BURLESQUE CHAIR DANCE

A hot mix of chair dancing and exotic dance, brought together in sexy burlesque choreography, this workout is designed to empower you with confidence in your sensuality, while creating the body you desire.

 

Techniques will be taught in class to build strength, dance with confidence and yes, that toned body too.

STRONG BY ZUMBA

STRONG by Zumba™ is a high intensity interval training workout driven by the science of Synced Music Motivation. ... A traditional Zumba® class is based on the integration of dance and dance-type movements, creating a high-cardio, total-body workout.

YOGA

Bring body and mind together through this ancient Indian practice. A yoga flow class that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body.

SALSATION
