Jeannie Thong

“I started off as an aerobics and yoga instructor at the young age of 16. My passion for helping people to achieve their fitness targets then progressed into learning resistance training on the gym floor. I then got certified in 1:1 Personal Coaching as part of my continuous learning journey. My love of Zen movements led me to take up Nirvana Fitness (Rhythmic Breathing Exercise with music). Many years of coaching and conducting personal training sessions have made me more creative, patient and passionate designing programs to suit my client's needs and help them achieve their goals."
